Industrial/Organizational Psychology: Organizational Justice, Workplace Diversity, Team Functioning, and Occupational Health

Xueyi Sherry Liao is a second-year Master's student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at George Mason University (GMU), currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant under Dr. Lauren E. Kuykendall. She will begin her I-O Psychology PhD at GMU in Fall 2025, working with Dr. Deborah Rupp. 

Her primary research interests include Organizational Justice, Workplace Diversity, Team Functioning, and Occupational Health, emphasizing support for disadvantaged groups such as disabled workers and racial minorities. Sherry is interested in leveraging data analytics to improve employee engagement, inclusion, and workplace well-being.
