Dr. Carol Wong is a graduate of George Mason University's Industrial-Organizational Psychology PhD program. Her research interests in graduate school focused on employee well-being and experience in the work-nonwork interface. In my current role as a Manager People Scientist at Capital One, I support the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategy by integrating data and IO best practices.
