Dr. Amanda Anderson is the Associate Director of Organizational Assessment at Fors Marsh, where she manages workforce research and consulting projects for a variety of clients. She has over 15 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative workforce research for federal, state, and private sector organizations, such as the Department of Defense, Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences, the Department of State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and National Institutes of Health. She has led research and consulting projects on a variety of topics, including workplace climate and culture; recruitment and retention; training needs assessment; competency modeling; career development programs; and leadership development. She currently serves as the chair of the SIOP Women’s Inclusion Network visibility and engagement subcommittee.
