Applied Developmental Psychology: social-emotional learning for students with developmental disabilities, Pre-k, emotion regulation, interoception
Cydney is a first year Masters student in the Applied Developmental Psychology program working in Dr. Tim Curby's lab. She received her bachelors degree at George Mason and worked with the ADP department as an R.A coding for emotion focused teaching in pre-schools. Her studies and research interests are centered in social-emotional learning for children with developmental disabilities, and how classroom dynamics influence emotional development. Cydney also does work on interoceptive ability and emotion regulation.
