Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Rebecca is a student in the MA Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. She is interested in individual and organizational effectiveness. Prior to coming to George Mason University, Rebecca was an architectural lighting consultant, where she served as a project manager and lead lighting designer for a wide variety of projects, including healthcare and higher education facilities. She also led her company's work process improvement group and was active on the DEI committee. Rebecca was also an adjunct faculty member at the New York School of Interior Design and Parsons School of Design. She also served as the vice-chair of the Illuminating Engineering Society's BIM Committee.
