Industrial/Organizational Psychology: Sexual harassment, bystander intervention, occupational well-being, leadership and teams

Dr. Liang received her Ph.D. in Human Resources in 2022 from the School of Labor and Employment Relations at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). By conducting research with an emphasis on sexual harassment bystander intervention, employees’ well-being, leadership, and teams, she aims at helping organizations to promote employees’ welfare and facilitate a healthy employment relationship.
