Human Factors/Applied Cognition: Trust in Automation, Trust Resiliency, and Trust Repair

Heath Sharp is a first-year Human Factors and Applied Cognition graduate student in Dr. Tyler Shaw's  Hemodynamics, Automation, Resilience, & Trust laboratory (HeART lab). Heath received his MA in Human Factors from CUA, focusing his research on how perceived expertise of an automated agent affects trust resiliency and trust repair. He is currently continuing this line of research at George Mason University.
