Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience: Human-equine bond, equine cognition and behavior, equine-assisted therapy

Sydney is a current graduate student in the Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience program studying under Dr. Doris Bitler Davis. Her research interests include the human-equine bond, equine cognition and behavior, and equine-assisted therapy. She is particulalry interested in the neurological and physiological mechanisms involved in the development of the human-equine bond, and how these mechanisms can inform horsemanship and equine welfare practices.
