Michael Shulman is a PhD candidate in Mason's Industrial Organizational Psychology program, working under Dr. Stephen Zaccaro. His research interests focus on the interactions between individuals as they work together, and have led him to study teams, multiteam systems, and leadership. His dissertation brings in his additional interest in how humans use technology to improve their work processes, and is looking to show how emerging paradigms in tech can improve group decision making.
