Julia Baines

Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Julia is a doctoral student in the Industrial and Organizational psychology program at George Mason University, working with Dr. Reeshad Dalal. Julia received her BS in IO psychology and Minor in German studies from George Mason University. Julia's primary research interests include judgment and decision-making, counterproductive work behavior, and within-person variability. Research that Julia is currently involved in focuses on advice-seeking, emotion regulation, and counterproductive work behavior.
