Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Gracie Schirle is a PhD candidate in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral program at George Washington University. Before beginning her graduate studies, Gracie studied Psychology and Sociology at Fordham University.
Her primary research interests are in occupational health psychology, with a focus on how clinical disorders function in the workplace. She has contributed to projects on borderline personality disorder, workaholism, stress appraisals, training, and leadership, utilizing a range of methods and designs, including experience sampling and meta-analysis.
Gracie currently teaches Introduction to Psychology at GMU and Research Methods at GWU.
