Emma Palmer is a Program Coordinator for the Center for Evidence-Based Behavioral Health. She handles Center administrative functions, with focus points on The Northern Virginia Regional and Fairfax Consortia for Evidence-Based Practice (NVRC-EBP & FC-EBP). Her interest in psychology began when she was an undergraduate studying criminology.
