Elisa Torres' dissertation was the first in the Industrial-Organizational program to use computational modeling to study complex system phenomena. While a student at Mason, Elisa co-authored 15 journal articles, one book chapter, and 21 conference presentations. She received the Leonard P. Gollobin Award from the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC).
Afra is the Program Director of Mason’s new online Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She received her BA in Psychology (2008), MA (2008) and PhD (2016) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
Sean Marsh, is a Mason industrial-organizational psychology graduate (2005), and is the founder and chairman of Fors Marsh Group (FMG). Since its founding in 2002, FMG has applied research and strategy influencing positive behavior change and improving programs in public and private organizations.
