The purpose of this class is to develop the understanding and knowledge of leadership theories and research. It is also intended to develop the ability to design and evaluate leadership research studies. This course will provide students with a range of perspectives in leadership theories and
research. the course will also examine issues related to leader assessment, training and development.

Rotating topics such as leadership theories and management development, and performance appraisal. Notes: Topics announced in advance. May be repeated when topic is different. Offered by Psychology. May be repeated within the degree for a maximum 12 credits.
Recommended Prerequisite: PSYC 333 and 636, or permission of instructor.
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students in the LA-MA-PSYC or LA-PHD-PSYC programs.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Post-Baccalaureate or Non-Degree Undergraduate degrees may not enroll.
