Aging Studies
If you are especially interested in developmental psychology, the aging studies minor might be for you. In addition to psychology courses you may have already taken, the minor includes coursework in Mason’s departments of social work, health and human services, and global community health. The minor will deepen your knowledge of aging by providing perspectives from a range of disciplines. Moreover, with the aging of the US population, jobs related to this area are growing. This minor will help position you for those jobs, or for further academic work in the field.
