Credits: 3

Examines psychological literature on job analysis, job evaluation and compensation, performance appraisal, training, and EEOL selection issues. Methodological and psychometric issues in interpretation and evaluation of personnel psychology research receive particular attention. May not be repeated for credit.
Recommended Prerequisite: PSYC 636 or permission of instructor.
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students in the LA-MA-PSYC or LA-PHD-PSYC programs.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Post-Baccalaureate or Non-Degree Undergraduate degrees may not enroll.
