Four members of the clinical program faculty: James Maddux, Robyn Mehlenbeck, Sarah Fischer, and Christianne Esposito-Smythers will travel to Sofia, Bulgaria in July to offer three days of workshops on evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, and families at Sofia University.
On this same trip, James Maddux will also visit Belgrade University in Belgrade, Serbia, Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, Austria, and Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, Romania to discuss future similar ventures between the clinical program at George Mason University and those universities.
The workshops are being co-sponsored and co-funded by Sofia University and both the Center for Consciousness and Transformation and the Office of the Provost at George Mason University.
