Psychology Graduate Student Receives Sandra Schwartz Tangri Memorial Award
Kristen Jones

Kristen Jones, a graduate student concentrating in industrial/organizational psychology, has been awarded the prestigious Sandra Schwartz Tangri Memorial Award for Graduate Research for her outstanding work.

According to the American Psychological Association, the Sandra Schwartz Tangri Memorial Award for Graduate Research "is given to make possible social justice research on issues affecting structurally marginalized women by graduate students that could not be conducted otherwise."

"It supports graduate student research in the specific areas of Sandy's own contributions in social justice as the best way to remember her and the most likely to make an impact of the kind she would have wanted."
