This course reviews evidence-based approaches for promoting effective, satisfying, and just workplaces. Emphasis is placed on best practices for hiring, evaluating, training, motivating, leading, and retaining employees. This course surveys the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and will benefit students interested in understanding the workplace and navigating it effectively and equitably. Offered by Psychology. Limited to three attempts.
