Well-being, leisure, recovery, counterproductive work behaviors
Ze Zhu is a doctoral student in the I/O psychology program at George Mason University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2013) and master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (2016) from Beijing Normal University, China. Her research interests include occupational health psychology and research methods in general. Her recent research has involved topics in self-regulation, leisure, recovery and counterproductive work behaviors.
