Marie Ciavarella, PsyD has close to 20 years’ experience accelerating leadership and organizational development across industries and sectors. She has deep expertise in executive assessment, delivering both development and selection recommendations to Fortune 100 companies and mission-driven organizations. She has assessed leaders in Big Four professional services, banking, higher education and utilities. A business psychologist, she coaches senior leaders from c-suite to directors and high potentials across functions. Her results have business and professional impact. A seasoned facilitator and strategist, Marie has designed and delivered learning, change management and culture initiatives for professionals and teams in healthcare, insurance, technology and social impact organizations. She drives value aligning her services to results that matter.
Marie uses a variety of personality and cognitive measures in her consulting engagements. She holds advanced certification in the Hogan assessments and earned a PCC coaching certification from the ICF (International Coach Federation). She has taught and coached in Executive Education for Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the Center for Creative Leadership – both world-renowned programs that draw executives from across the globe.
Marie holds a doctorate in psychology from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a certificate in Business Administration from The University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She is a Phi Beta Kappa.
