Human Factors/Applied Cognition

Liam is a doctoral student in George Mason University’s Human Factors and Applied Cognition program under Dr. Yi-Ching Lee. Prior to his PhD studies, Liam received his BSc (Hons) and MSc in Psychology from the University of Otago, New Zealand. During his previous studies, he taught a range of applied psychology topics to undergraduate students and was the Chief Editor for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society New Zealand (HFESNZ). Currently, his research is focused on road transportation, intelligent virtual agents, and human-agent interaction. Additionally, Liam was awarded the Presidential Scholarship for his PhD studies and is the Co-President for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) Student Group at George Mason University.
