LAURA S. FLETCHER is currently a Doctoral Candidate in George Mason’s Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology program. Her research includes cross-cultural issues, creativity, teams, multi-team systems, and leadership. She also works for the Association of American Medical Colleges in the Admissions & Selection Program where she supports ongoing research & development projects. Before entering her doctoral program, she spent three years working in Beijing as a leadership and talent assessment consultant for Hay Group, an American HR management consulting firm. Her work focused primarily on leader and talent assessment and development programs, competency modeling, and training. Laura holds a B.A. in Psychology and Asian Studies from Vassar College, with minors in cultural anthropology and Chinese language.
