Psychological well-being, emotion regulation, positive psychology

I am a second year student in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program. I received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from The Ohio State University in 2015. During my time at OSU, I completed an honors thesis examining the relationship between emotion regulation and various types of psychopathology. After graduating, I worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center coordinating a randomized comparison trial of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy for depression. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Jerome Short studying various facets of psychological well-being (emotional, physical, etc.). My current research focuses on technological interventions for mental health disorders.
