Dr David M. Wallace, has a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology, specializing in leadership and leader development. He is a 1996 graduate of the US Naval Academy and spent nearly twenty years as surface warfare officer in the Navy. As a naval officer, he led teams of various size and organizational levels from leading a single division on a Navy ship to commanding multiple teams operating simultaneously on naval ships across the Middle East. He holds a PhD in Industrial- Organizational Psychology and is serves full time as the Admiral Jay L. Johnson Professor of Leadership and Ethics at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD where he is the chair of the Department of Leadership, Ethics, and Law.
