Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience: Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, Alzheimer's Disease, Mice
I received my B.S. in Psychology at James Madison University in 2013. Afterwords, I joined the Psychology Department at George Mason where I got my M.A. in 2016 in the Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience Program. My thesis focused on the benefits of episodic memory training, as well as how this training may relate to future Alzheimer's Disease.
Currently I am a Ph.D student at George Mason University in the Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience Program. I am researching how APOE4, the major predictor of late-onset Alzheimer's Disease interacts with tau proteins in mice. As well as how zinc and copper affect this interaction.
