First in a two-course sequence introducing psychology graduate students to statistics, research methodology, research design, and measurement from the vantage point of the general linear model. Moves from basic concepts such as variance and central tendency to sophisticated methodological and statistical concepts such as reliability and validity, mean differences, ANOVA, and regression. Equivalent to PSYC 611.
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students with a class of Advanced to Candidacy, Graduate, Junior Plus, Non-Degree or Senior Plus.

Enrollment is limited to students with a major in Psychology.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate, Non-Degree or Undergraduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
