Human Factors and Applied Cognition

Dr. Cyrus Foroughi, a recent graduate of the program, is working with Dr. Boehm-Davis in the Applied Performance Research Lab, Dr. McKnight in the MRES Lab, and Dr. Greenwood. His current work investigates interruptions, expertise, cognitive training, the effects video games have on attention and cognition, and how we can use emerging technologies (e.g., video games, VR/AR) as tools and measures.
