Industrial/Organizational Psychology: The intersection between leadership, work teams, and emotions

I am a 4th year student in the Industrial/Organizational PhD program and I come from Limassol, Cyprus.

So far, my research at GMU has focused on the intersection between leadership, work teams, and emotions.
I am also conducting research on workplace attendance.
In addition, I am interested in general Cross-Cultural differences as well as methodological and statistical issues in social science research.
Finally, i have consulted with companies on selection and absenteeism issues.
Apart from conducting research, I greatly enjoy teaching as well.
My overall teaching philosophy focuses on teaching knowledges and skills to students that can effectively aid in their personal-development and integration in society.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to learn more about my research or the GMU I/O graduate programs.
