Overview and critique of training methods used in industry from viewpoint of psychological theory, including simulations, on-the-job training, supervisory/leadership skills training, computer-assisted instruction, and programmed texts. Principles of needs analysis, program development, and program evaluation are discussed within framework of industrial psychology. May not be repeated for credit.
