Section Information for Summer 2015

The focus of this section of PSYC 405 is forensic psychology. In this class, we will be addressing topics ranging from juvenile delinquency to serial killers and terrorism. A major goal will be to expand students’ ability to master new content, think critically, and develop life-long learning skills across the disciplines. Together we will synthesize various source materials on the context of current scientific knowledge in criminal behavior. Students will be expected to develop and defend their own, individual opinions after carefully weighing the evidence, even so far as participating in a mock trial.
