Internship
A one-year, full-time predoctoral clinical internship at an APA-approved site is required of all students. This requirement also may be fulfilled by a two-year, half-time internship. Many states, including Virginia, require two years of full-time, supervised clinical work experience for licensure, one year of which may be the predoctoral internship.
